A friendly place to practice speaking.
Every meeting follows a simple, supportive format. Come as a guest, jump in when you're ready, and speak as often as you like.
Weekly Practice
Sessions run every week, in person and online. Everyone gets a chance to speak, so skills build naturally through steady practice.
Surprise Prompts
You'll draw a topic you've never seen and speak for about two minutes. It's the fastest way to get comfortable improvising under a little pressure.
Warm Feedback
After each talk, members share what worked and one thing to try next time. Always kind, always constructive — never a critique for its own sake.
The role that runs each meeting.
Every session has a Meeting Manager who keeps things moving and makes sure everyone feels welcome. It's a rotating role — members take a turn once they're comfortable.
Set the agenda
Prepare the running order, choose the pool of topics, and confirm who's speaking so the meeting starts on time.
Keep it moving
Introduce each speaker, watch the clock, and make sure every guest gets a warm welcome and a chance to take part.
Close things out
Gather quick feedback, thank the speakers, and note who'd like to manage the next session.
Come and speak.

Thanks — see you soon.
We'll email you the details and save you a seat at the next meeting.
